As the most important person in your child’s life, you are the head of the team that helps determine what’s best for you and your family. If our in-home evaluation finds your child eligible, you & your Family Support Specialist will determine your concerns & priorities for your child—what outcomes (or changes) you want to work toward. Follow-up services will be provided to your family in your home, where we will assist you in ways to help your child learn & develop.
